First Premier Capital
Harold June 22, 2009
We paid this company $1500 for a loan modification in October. We submitted all paperwork in October. They sat on our paperwork and did not submit information to our bank until March. We were told to phone in every Monday for updates. First, they told us it would take 3 months. Now, we have since been contacted by our bank denying our loan mod, First Premier says they are still waiting to hear the outcome. We requested to talk to someone and now they tell us that we are no longer allowed to talk to anyone and that they are awaiting... read full review »

If you are promoting any of the program from A.Wsurvey, i advise to stop now. Because it is wasting your time and affort. They are not going to pay you. This is my experiences:- whenever you reach the payout threshold, they will reset your earning and you never.. ever get paid, at the begining, i do not believe, i though this is technical error or what, i gave them a chance( i don't even get feedback from them after i email the team several times). I continue to promote and reach my payout for second time, but my payment get reset agian!! they are a big scammer in the industry!! read full review »

Famous Dave's Restaurants
Patrick June 22, 2009
If you have ever dined at a Famous Dave's, you will most likely agree that they have good food, good music, and a nice atmosphere in their restaurants. All in all, it seems to be a pretty nice place, unless you happen to work for them. What you don't know is the torturous conditions you have to work under if you are an employee of Famous Dave's Restaurants. In addition, it does not matter what position you have in Famous Dave's from the cooks to the servers. The owners, management teams, and the corporate offices of... read full review »

Then he sent me an e-mail sayiing he would buy my item. He sent me a moneygram for $850.00, told me to take my $100.00 out and send the rest to a man in Texas via Western Union. This man was supposed to be his shipping agent and go-fer I guess. DERRICK DUCKETT claimed to be going deaf and did'nt talk on phone but by the internet. DERRICK DUCKETT TOOK MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I wanted to order a Little Giraffe Blankie for a friend who had just had a baby, I went to google and searched Little Giraffe and this website was the first to come up. Lots of testimonials etc, looked very legitimate so I ordered the blanket from them and also asked to have it embroidered. I paid with my debit card...weeks later no gift had shown up...so I called the store, no answer. I called everyday 10 times a day and no one ever answered. Finally I contacted Little Giraffe, this was obviously one of thier authorized dealers, since they do... read full review »

Central Georgia Rehabilitation Hospital
angered_daughter June 22, 2009
My father had been hospitalized for over a month, and then was sent to Central GA Rehabilitation Clinic for rehabilitation, especially for his legs. After THREE days, two of which were spent working on his arms, he was released with a form stating that he was able to function normally in a regular residential setting. For the past two days, my father has fallen numerous times, scraped his face, knees, and arms, and been unable to make it to the bathroom three times. He may be forced into a short term nursing home due to this hospital's unethical, lazy, and disgraceful performance. read full review »

I was ripped off $700 from this guy (Lee Beckett) recently. He sold me pirated Intuit software, claiming it was retail CD only versions. I discovered they were bootlegs after visiting the Intuit website and checking their anti-piracy features. Flat out lied and misrepresented his products. I have not checked the other software he has for sale, but I'm sure that it is all pirated. You will not be able to buy something for $5.95/ea and sell them for $60/ea. Gobignetwork is a scam. I signed up for a trial, a one-time fee of $99 of which I presumed was refundable. The site makes big promises, but when you sign up it is very shady on how it helps you find financing for your start-up business. Then you realize there is no easy way to contact for help (phone or email) and it was IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to cancel! Multiple attempts I finally found the very hidden email you must send information to cancel your trial. Then they tell you it's non-refundable, that you agreed to terms. I used... read full review »

I've seen the response from the claimed new owner of their sellout and I've seen the previous owner's rebuttal.
