I submitted for a loan modification on my mortgage loan on 1/12/2009. As of today I have received nothing but requests for the same information over and over. Three complaints: 1. I reserved during an advertised sale but was charged full price. No response to my emails and phone calls to rectify the mistake. 2. Dogs are advertised as being good with cats.
