Hi, I am service affected customer. It took 1 month approx to get my product serviced. I had to make nearly 9 calls (svc tkt #.8143 1710, 8153 7238). There is a huge miscommunication btwn the call center and the service desk. The worst experience was when a Manager of Chennai service desk (I think he said Susidharan) was very rude and responding with aggressive words which very hurting. Let me tell you my problem. In March 2009, I agreed to a "free trial" of this product and received my first 30 day supply. I received the 2nd months' shipment, but when I tried to cancel any further shipments and my contract with the company, AFI continued to bill my credit card. On the back page of the Parade Magazine...was an ad for a free Jillian Michaels Diet Book witch stated $4.95 Shipping was all you would pay for the book. When I checked my statement, they charged $52 because at the bottom is a box to check that basically signs you up for the diet club at $4 a week. When I called to complain and ask for my money back, all they would refund was $36...so the $4.95 shipping turned into $16. Luckily, I caught it before it went any further. Three months in a row--a card that was cut up in May due to increased interest--was under limit (barely) at that time and since then they've been charging me between $87-120 a month in overlimit, late, etc. fees. I ask them what it will take to get it safely under limit and they give me a number that's too low so that the following month I'm over again. For crying out loud! I recently purchased L'Oreal Revitalift Complete. This product completely clogged the pores around my nose, down the labial folds between my nose and mouth, under my nose and on on my chin. My auto loan was purchased from Sovereign Bank by Santander. Everything was fine until I received a letter to send my payments to TX. I found out it was being serviced by Drive Financial Services. I have tried contacting customer service and I actually spoke to some of the employees there but nobody has been able to process a refund for the extra charge.
