My story is the same as all the previous - in a moment of desperation I applied for a payday loan, but then decided against - didn't even fill out the application! Imagine my surprise when they debited 31.98 out of my account, which caused an overdraft, and now I can't get my refund - what's worse is that today I have another unauthorized debit of 17.98 - not sue where that came from, but I have a bad feeling that it is this company or some other scammer that is related to mymomentary lapse of reason - I will NEVER apply for anohter one of these, and I really hope I don't have to shut down my account, but I may have to...

We placed an order for granite counter tops over 5 weeks ago, paying in full to take advantage of a discount. I picked out the slab over four weeks ago. I purchased Ultimate Vocabulary back in January, I tried it, it was OK. The software takes about 3 - 5 minutes to load. I complained to support, no response from support. I complained about issues with software, still no response. I finally bought a new computer in April and suddenly remember about the software so I decided to install on the new machine. Complain about key not working. Again I e-mail support still no response. I already trash the old computer and now I can't even get it to work on the new computer. When I purchased Nokia 5800 in a mobile shoppe, i was given free music transfer on my memory card, when i asked them for the software like touchguitar the sales person over there told me it will cost

Brand new sauna fails 3 months after delivery. Company refuses to honor 1 yr warranty on the wood and lifetime warranty on the electronics. Now all they have disappeared. FRAUD ALERT!!!

I bought a honda civic care last night form norther blv, at 9pm, Monica( 718-570-3940) the representative came to my house at 9 pm to have a look on the car, i liked it, it paid and got it, but at 8am i found it having a damage in the front, we wentto her but she said that we did it, i need somebody to examin the car, to see if it an old or new accident.
You can not let your dealers cheet people like that, that is unexpected from Honda.

After signing up for the program and receiving my membership packet, I decided the program was not going to be beneficial to me. The packet states that if I return the membership materials and a letter stating that I want a refund within the 30 day trial period, my initial month fee of 129.99 would be refunded to me. Every time I call about it, I am given the run-around. The same guy answers the phone but tries to disquise his voice. Franklin American provided a GFE (good faith estimate) for my loan. The actual amount, provided at closing, was thousands more. I was given no notice, and was told only that everything is fine along the way. When I asked why, they said "these things happen, it is only an estimate" and was bullied, basically being told "pay or we don't close." Food poor and over priced, very dissapointed went in for Lunch and got poor badly presented food, the location was lovely, a beautiful old building, They are trading under a good name too.
Complained to the manager she said that the owners will not change the food! she agreed that it is poor.
They obyiously rely on tourists that only visit once!
They gave us some money off, we not the only people to complain that day.

I am filing this complaint on behalf of my parents ages 83 and 91 years old. I herby complain about Lenmed Clinic- Lenasia due to the following reason.
On the 25th of July 2009 at around 12:30 pm my mother was taken to the above clinic because of her medical condition (Bipolar). At the time I brought my mother her condition was very serious as she was fighting us at home and was very suicidal. The clinic refused to admit her on the basis of us having the lowest medical aid option.

on 7-25 I went with my cousin to buy a new car. We went to this dealership, test drove a civic and a accord. The sales guy did not let us test drive the cars until he drove them for about 15 minutes then he gave my cousin the keys. We go inside to get the papers started on the accord...before he did anything the sales guy said it will be 500+ a month in payments... Ladders.com is a job site where an applicant pays to see postions advertised on the web. Inorder for you to apply for any positions you have to join by paying a subscription. They give you an option of 3 months +. I chose 3 months inorder to find a job and paid $75.00. Once a found a job I notified them via their website that I wanted to cancel my memership and remove my resume. I answered an add in the local paper for postal positions and was told form one of the represesntstives that I spoke with that I should send in money for a book that contained training materials and job lists for the post office. I did all of this studied and then tried to call to schedule a date and time for the test and the number provided is not in service. How do I get my money back. Bingo has buyers call to confirm order and then attempts to sell accessories such as the camera battery for 4X the going price. When I declined add-ons I was told the order would be shipped in 10 to 15 WEEKS! When I cancelled the order it seemed expected. Shady way to do business. Offering a $20 battery for $149. I recently purchased a large bug tent from the Joseph Howe Superstore in Halifax Nova Scotia. After finding pieces missing I was forced to return to the Superstore on four separate occasions in an effort to retreive the missing parts. ALKCO sent me a new replacement lighting fixture (Slique T2 SQ213) to replace one that no longer functioned (balast was defective). On installation of the new fixture, my electrician received a severe shock, as the whole casing of the fixture was activated. Not only didn't the fixture work, but there was a dangerous defect that could have resulted in serious injury or death. I called for service on one of my applicance. I was told my information wasn ot in their system so I had to fax my receipts for proof of purchase. I did so. Then I was told it could take 3-5 business days to process the information someone will then get back to me to schedule a service call.

I never could get my questions answered. And that was if they answered the phone. I want to share my view point why our Local Govt do not lift ban on DOUBLE SAWARI bike riding which was banned for ONE month. But more painful and regret that more than 2 months have passed but still ban continue. Tell how this ban helps to catch the criminals or culprits.
