Theft of services. This company Futureranking.com does not pick up the phone if you call them and try to talk to their technicians. The receptionist Brian is just a decoy standing in front of closed curtains with nothing behind them. There are no real technicians who you can talk with about your website other than the salesmen on the phone who calls you and tells you he can guarantee you number 1 rankings on Google. All they do is give you bad keywords and then tell you to put them in your content. Then they SPAM your website to the search engine every month. These are literally the most imcompetent people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They made a good first impression when I called them out for a second opinion on my a/c but then it was steadily downhill from there. Every time they gave me a window of time that they would arrive, they were late and I would have to call them. We ordered screens and they told us that they could be out on 24 hours notice to install them once they were ready. We wanted to get our windows washed and then coordinate the installations of the screens. When we called them to try to work on a time for them to come after the window washer they got very angry and said they were not going to work around our schedule, that they would only install them when they "were in the area". I add my complaint to all of the above for the Acai Berry and all products associated with it. I authorized NO other charges other than shipping for the free bottle and suddenly my CC is being charged a large amount of money for one shipment after another of products I did not order. In calling any of the numbers listed I was put on hold time after time and gave up. Called my CC Company and they were very helpful and very aware of the problems associated with this scam. My wife received a letter from the Data Release Division from the Issuances office in P.O. Box 9000, East Meadow, NY 11554-9000, telling her that she won $1, 400, 000, and that if she sent in a fee of just $19.99, which would "guarantee her 100% access for the Award Monies and Prizes". THis letter was signed in blue ink by the Prize Anouncer, Robert Richards. We then checked the internet and found out it was a scam. I bought a custom couch from Seigerman's 10/03/2000. At the time I was told that it would be advisable to purchase a COMPREHENSIVE warranty for $240.00 which would cover repairs for the lifetime of the couch. It was an internet business, they sent me a computer with instructions on how to start a business, but the computer quit working in about a months time, and I tried calling these people and their phone is disconnected. In appx. November 2007, I retained the services of Certified IRS solutions to help me resolve issues with the IRS. They charged me almost $4000.00, I had to borrow the money from a finance company. I recently received 5 certified letters from the IRS and tried to contact Certified IRS solutions. I get recordings that say the phones are disconnected. I tried to find them on the internet and they have a notice stating that they went out of business. They took my money and I am still having problems with the IRS. too me $4000.00 is a lot of money. I received a call from a Chuck Rivers stating that they wanted to buy my timeshare. I had not contacted them, but somehow they got my number and called me. They said they would pay me for my timeshare, and that I would receive the money in 24 days. This unit has numerous complaints about this unit on the internet. Apparently many other people have had the same problem - the coffee maker just stops working. We received the maker as a gift for our wedding - less than three years ago. According to Cuisinart, the serial number refers to a unit that is out of warranty.
