I went to "Moon Shadow" restaurant with wife on her birthday . As we came in, we were never greeted. The food was horrible. I specifically asked for well done steak, and after 40 minutes of wait time, I still got it all bloody, asked for chicken... waited for another 40 minutes, chicken was bad too... I was so mad, but since it was my wife's birthday I did not make a scene. I had to literally raise my hand to get the waiter's attention, who looked like very sloppy... If anyone even thinks about placing an order with this company don't. You will get nothing but lies and long awaking back orders. I too have been waiting for wallpaper that was ordered in feb. 2009, each and every month I call in to find out, again...that it is still on backordered a few more weeks.There excuse is that the printing machine is broken down and is being repaired, till TODAY I found out that it is indefinitely and not ever going to be coming in. Friendly sales associate sells me a camcorder that is easy to use and easy to download right to Apple computer. JVC Everio Camcorder which also takes still photos. Turns out still photos are pretty poor quality but it was the video I was most interested in. After 2 months of shooting different family events I go to upload movies and it won't upload. My husband spent the next hour trying to download different software but to no avail. Since 18 May 09 when for no reason my phone was deactivated I have had nothing but problems with this company. The phone was for business and was listed in advertising. When they finally reactivated the phone they had changed the number. "We're sorry for any inconvenience". Then I discovered the phone wasnt recieving calls. Again they changed the phone number on me. I called suddenlink 4 weeks back, and they said they would have to add our house to their records, and that would take a week. It took 3 weeks for that to happen, and when the installation was scheduled, they found that there was no suddenlink cable box near our house to give connection to. Now, I am trying to get a date from them for installation and after 4 calls, there is no idea of when or what is going to happen. Some say they will get back to me, and never get back. Love my bed, but not being able to sleep on it for three weeks was not right. I called to order a replacement air cushion and was told that it would take 7-10 days for delivery. So I paid an extra $20 for 2 day delivery. Of course that's 2 days after the 2 days it takes to ship it out. When I got it I broke a hose fitting while trying to install it. Guess what? 7-10 days to deliver a small plastic fitting. 8 days later I received the fitting(s). Yes 4 fittings. All of them the same size. I cancelled my Broadstripe cable 6/16/09 and had paid for the month of June in advance, so I had a credit. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get my money back. I bought several items from NY & Co, and tried to return an item, and they had changed their policy to a 60 day policy - there was no sign in the store or any warning of this change, that I am aware of. It had been probably a few days over 60 days, but other retail stores typically give you 90 days to return items. They also had a little bit of an attitude about it. I have been a client of this company's now for several years and I wish I could say was a supporter. We unfortunately have signed a long term contract at my institution but this company's products - specifically the goalquest tools - do not work and the support is terrible. A few years ago, we decided to use goalquest to try and help us with retention and enrollment yield but nothing they produce ever works quite right. There are always glitches and then when you complain, their policy is to tell you that's what happens with the internet technologies. It's not a good way to run a business. read full review »
