I ordered a trial of Maxx Trim. I never received it, however I have been billed thre times at full price for products I have never received. On top of that I have called many times and e-mailed several times with no feedback at all. I have left many messages on someone's voice mail. It has been my experience with this particular restaurant on three to four occasions that I was charged more than the advertised price. I'm sure that when there is a price change, the managers are notified and should change the prices on there signs to match what's programed into there registers. A month ago I receive a term life insurance quote from Matrix Direct on the phone. I found it reasonable and agreed to sign up. I am not a US citizen and this was made clear to them in the beginning itself. After the medical (all the results were normal), when the final quote arrived I was shocked to find it was exactly double the amount quoted earlier.
