Was due for annual renewal of norton anti-virus which I paid on-line with VISA on 7/06/09: $35.99 Rec'd my VISA statement and the charge was listed. BOA has a way of making you think your money is safe. They don't specify amounts needed in your account to avoid high fees. When you spot the problem they tell you its to late for them to reimburse you. Money Market accounts for people under a certain amount are most vulnerable. Worse is they put your money in it after you specify not to. Bank fees for overdraft protection are ridiculous, it is to protect you from being overdrawn. I purchased an Xacto Sharpener a few months ago in 2009 and was told that I could return it to the store for an exchange if it stopped working. This is a fraud. They only take green dot money pak so they can take your funds without being tracked. They claim lots of fraudulent credit cards have forced them to only use MoneyPak, but they only started their business in June 2009. How many frauds can you get in less than a month of business.
