i went into the local riteaid on 7/17/09 to pick up a prescription for a client that i called in for her because she was running low on her meds. This company is one of the most unethical ripoff dealers in the midwest. They sell high mileage used cars at triple blue book in their "Guaranteed Credit Approval" program. We complained to the company and to the State of Florida without an improvement in excessive fuel charges. We try to conserve energy to save our budget, but we are monthly strapped with a fuel charge that exceeds our energy charge. When gasoline was $4 a gallon the charge began, but now that gasoline is about $2 a gallon, the charge did not go away. This company opperates as a lead generation company and they are anything but. I recently did a trial with this company and I immediately canceled. The leads were aweful and I am sure they were resold to me. My reps have yet to make a single sale and this is no suprise to me. I was called a LIAR from one of the receptionists in the office -- she was yelling at me and would not give me her name. I asked for her supervisor and she placed, Patty on the phone which happened to be another receptionists in the office. I originally tried to change my daughter's doctor appointment and no one in two days was ever available to answer the phones because I received the answering machine on every call, except on the day of the appointment when she verbably abused me.
