Hi,   3/4 months back I had requested to cancel my number. But airtel customer care people told me that you can keep it for 3 months without rental and if you wont activate this after 3 months this will be automatically cancelled. I too have been ripped off by this shameful company. I haven't checked out the small print yet, but they obviously aim to skim over such trivial things as taking more money out of your account so that by the time you realise it's happened it's too late. The customer service at this website is so bad. You will want to throttle them. You can be as nice and polite as possible and they will make you want to tear your hair out with their awful customer treatment and overcharging. I ordered a "Free Trial" of Acai Berry Detox on line and gave my credit card details for the Postage and Handling charge. 14 days later I was Charged A$150.00 for the tablets in the free trial.
