To whom it may concern, I encountered the worst customer service on 6-19-09 in the Chino Hills store Vons store #2597. Not only the supervisor onsite, Rob, refused to resolve the issue when it occurred and asked us to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. One of the clerks, Sandy, also took over the issue by distracting her supervisor and gave us the worst attitude I ever encountered in any store. Got to denver, took 45 minutes to get the bus and three hours in line to get the car. Didn't have the car I reserved and tried for 10 minutes to get me to upgrade, holding up everyone else. I paid my heating bill with a check from my credit card, i didn't relize that that account was canceled by me because i lost the credit card, that check was returned, the propane co. sent me a notice that my gas would be shut off if i didn't pay the bill, they would not acept a check, they wanted money order, or credit card payment, i sent them another check from my credit card and never herd a word from them, then i recived the check and my little note in the mail, now i have been sending payments to these people for about 5yrs and... read full review »

I purchased one of thos reloadable cards called checkintocash at Idahofalls location...Loaded up with $800 dollars...thinking i can pay my bills...Oh boy was i wrong...It took the bank that this card goes through 72 hours to activate my card so i can use it...So they floated my money for 72 hours investing it into other businesses ...Now how many customers time $800 is out there that been taken by this practices? A lady that I know went to Shanghi in Wilkesboro in front of Wal-Mart and while she and another lady were being seated the waitress stepped on something in the floor. "It was a cock roach" She said that she almost left then but thought oh well, That can happen anywhere. Then she ordered a water to drink and when the waitress brought it out their was another roach floating in her water !!! She made a scene and walked out. The installer put my dish on my roof on 5/28 and wired the house. I did not know I had to have my computer physically there so did not. The installer said I could just call him and he'd walk me through setting it up once the computer was there. A week later it was. I immediately called the installer and have been every day since -- he will NOT call me back. $1.95 trial charge turns into $56 charge, with no results to show for it. Not to mention, I joined this site on a government secured site. Something should be done to stop this website from making money from fraudulant charges. Then fails to perform. Once he took a $18, 000.00 kick-back from an artist for the Marriott Hotel Co. and then stiffed the artist for a promised extra that he approved. Each phone calls says your auto warranty is about to expire, non of us even have auto warranty! I have notified the Better Business Bureau for Arkansas regarding the fraudulent access of my account. I returned a video via the drop off box. I was then notified by the store that it had not been removed. I asked them to look for it on three different occasions. They claimed it was not in the store and they would charge my account for the full movie and restocking fee. My questions are why would they charge me full price for a used movie and then not take off the amount that I had paid to rent it. We were put under pressure at a presentation that was to take place for 90 minutes... Which ended up to be 3 hours. When we stated NO The closer came in to present a "Try me" for $900, 6 nights at one of their resorts... We thought we had nothing to loose... but found out when we got back home... You hve to pay the contract up completely before you can use the resort... You have 27 months to use the resort... the contract will not be paid up in full till 26 months. I had a privacy fence put up in 2004. Since it has been up, the wooden fence doors have fallen part. I called the first time about it, it took about 2 months for someone to come out and fix them. Within two weeks, they fell apart again. I called equity again, and my calls never got returned until I threatened legal counsel. Someone finally came out again. Within a month, the fence doors were falling apart again! Since then I have been calling them since September of 2006, and Mr. Fluharty keeps telling me that he will send someone out to fix the doors. No one never shows up. Bought a certified pre-owned 2004 corolla from Broadway Toyota which includes a warranty. We take it there for it's maintenance and checks. When there is something that should be taken care of under warranty, the service department conveniently forgets, or doesn't know that it's under warranty even though we bought it there. As a former WAMU customer, I was in the process of a loan modification of a 1st and second mortgage, Home Equity Line of Credit. WAMU said I had to modify the first mortgage and then the second as they were handled in two sperate departments. Good commutication and direction from WAMU. I ordered uniforms from this company Dec 07, I returned them Jan 08, I even have the tracking receipt. Since then I have been waiting for a refund. The company does not make an effort to answer any e-mails, and they suggest opening a support ticket, which I did, neither action helped. They owe me $107.48. I have sent several e-mail with no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I suppose they just pocket the money and say goodbye.
