This online store is a scam. I recently ordered 20 pcs of asian clothing and I only received 17 pcs. The shipping fee doubled the amount of what I paid for the clothes. And most of all, the quality of the cothes are not as indicated on their site!!!Clothes are crooked, stitches falling off, ripped and very very bad quality! My suggestion to anyone considering doing business with Tri-State Building Specialties Inc. or considering a Tri-State Sunroom is to fully review the warranties prior to purchasing. Apparently, Tri-State expects that "any" glass panel, permanent or otherwise needs to be removed by the homeowner and brought to Tri-state's center for repair.
