I have been a local customer of Winn Dixi in Destin for 5 years now with no complaints until the recent renovation of signs and long no break isles for more product. Finding items now is extremely difficult for customers and employees alike because of the design. I purchased a 23” Panasonic LCD TV in 2006. After 3 years it just suddenly died. I took this TV to the one of the Panasonic authorized repair facilities. I had to pay for the diagnostics. I am paying for comprehensive service which means I am covered for major dental work, I called Sun Life to see if the procedure I was considering was covered and the person on the phone said yes so I proceeded with the procedure. It is amazing. One truth that used to exist with banking systems was that you could always deposit money into accounts. If you are unfortunate enough to be a WaMu customer and in the state of IL, you apparently cannot deposit checks without significant effort and time. ATMs do not accept deposits. Bank by mail no longer is allowed. Dropping deposits into night depositories are not allowed. Received the wrong item. Their website was wrong. I was unable to get a response regarding the problem. I had to dispute charging with Credit Card to get response. They did update their website after I pointed out the issue but then stated it was my responsibility to send item back before they would ship out the correct item. I would like to file a complaint regarding the increase in the Annual Percentage Rate for my project line account financed with GE Money. I was offered an interest rate of 13% for remodelling of my kitchen through Sears, when I signed the agreement for financing. I’ve made monthly payment ahead of time each month to avoid having my interest rate increased due to late payments.
