This company sent me by mail an envelope with a phony handwritten name and address. Inside there was an ad that had been on first glance "torn out" of a magazine, but upon closer inspection, it was cut, (probably by machine?)not torn. At the top, was a falsely handwritten message addressing me by my first name saying "Call Fast, it works! I only paid shipping!". I purchased this twin size Sunbeam electric blanket because the heat helps the pain of my fibromyalgia, a muscular pain syndrome. After just a few nights, it stopped heating, and the controls just continued to blink. Couldn't turn it on or off. Purchased 3 Dell Precision M6400 laptops. These are the best of the best and all three suffered from the same issues .. lockups, stuttering sound and freezing requiring reboots. After contacting Dell I was passed off to 7 people (SEVEN) and the final person tried to pass me off to the original department. These laptops are $6000 but they have a serious engineering flaw that not even Dell will admit at least in public. Dell refused to even acknowledge the issue until I pointed them at numerous google hits for the same issue. Still fighting with Dell on this ! This is the second warranty I purchased from Assurant for a computer. The first time they were just rude but this time they'd out done themselves with incompetence. I purchased the Spinach Ravioli for Microwaving. I followed the cooking instructions carefully: place pasta pouch in microwave and heat on high for 2 minutes. But after 1 minute and 20 seconds the pouch ruptured. This prevented me from turning the pouch over and continue cooking for 1minute.
