The owner of this company should be jailed. I unwittingly paid $75 for an estimate for a bathroom renovation. Owner Chris seemed professional and was to get back to me with a written estimate and layout ideas for my bathroom. The estimate fee was to be applied towards the job. Well the thing is that i never heard from the owner again. All calls/emails have been ignored. Hard to belive people like this exsist . Lesson learned for me. J&K2 was solicited to install approximately 80sqft of granite countertop 102407. It was to take 2-3 months for them to arrive. 6 months later, no wheels, several fake tracking numbers, and eventually they quit answering my phone calls and emails. The other RoadMaster Tire stores in Naperville, Warrenville, and Elgin. They added on TWO oil changes and all we were coming in for were brakes. I was contacted by Diana and told that the videographer had a car accident in PA and would not make it. She then asked if I still wanted the DJ services.
