He was contacted several times regarding putting up the permit and when he was coming back to do work ... upon my suspicion and further investigating, I found out he never pulled a permit before doing what work was done and his license was expired (which is a CRIMINAL offense). I am very dissappointed in my LG bottom freezer refrigerator. It is only 3 years old and have had to have the plastic closers replaced on the doors. We acturally had to have the doors replaced. Now the freezer slides and the crisper slide has broken. (Again, poor design). I have called LG (Life"s Good!), ...not if you buy one of their products. You will have to pay and pay.
