I bought a prepaid Virgin phone in 2006, when I moved to town. I don't need a cell phone, only for emergencies and to contact my husband if needed. I put the account on a credit card so that they could "top it" when needed, for $15. Instead, they top it every two months or so, and I now have $150 on the card. It will take me years to use this amount, as I NEVER use the phone. Oh My, Never, Ever, Ever buy a product form this company. The customer service and any associated help goes out of the window as soon as they have your money. I bought a $2000 p.c from them which subsequently stopped working entirely 2 weeks later, Their Customer Service rep Steve (whom I always seemed to get no matter when I called, and who appeared to be a cell phone) was completely useless and argumentative. Incident I recieved an email with last mintute promotions, upon trying to book A a room at the discounted rate, I was told none were availiable, but I could cash in one of my certificates for a discounted rate of $599.00 for the week. Gary over charged for readings and work, way more than his website states. Was told to do it, I did. Gary said results in 2 weeks, its been months and nothing. Apollo Activities did not destroy the credit card imprint after we paid $120.00 cash for renting 4 mopeds for an hour. We checked the bikes in after we rode them and there was no mention of any extra charges or accusations of bring them back wet. Apollo then processed our credit card $629.36 charging us the cost of the moped rentals and a wet charge of $500.00(which we didn't take to the water). Collection agency collected money due my work as an independent contractor. I received proof of payment from my client showing cancelled checks payable to Rapid Recovery Solution.
