In the terms it gives misleading information that it really is not a free trial product but a scam so that they can charge you the full price plus continue to send you more and again charge it to your credit card. EMS Tracking # EE124013307CN delivered today and it looked like someone tore open the box and then stepped on it. Bought a refrigerator end of 2007 within the first 4 months we had sears come down because the freezer would get cold & the refridge would stay warm. Finally after the third time they replace some parts & all was good for approx 14 months but now again we have the same issue freezer works refrige stays hot . since we are out of warranty they tell us the sorry blah blah speech which means TO BAD. I stayed at Holiday Inn Charleston House Aug. 13-15, 09 for TD Jakes conference. I was so displeased with your service. My complaints are as follow; wrong room (2double beds instead of a king size), only one light worked in the room, mattress on one of the beds was sunken in, iron would not remain plugged in the wall socket. We contacted the front dest, yet no one came to replace the lights or anything. It was such an inconvenient stay and I was totally disappointed with your service. On September 1st, 2009, I turn in my vehicle in for repairs at wade #1 in Waco, TX; I was authorized by State Farm insurance company claims department to take a rental vehicle from enterprise while repairs were done to my vehicle. Do not, I repeat, do not buy the micro fiber furniture, or the protection plan. The furniture stains just with water spills and any other type of spill is permanent. purchased a full tank of gas (gas light was on and i was basically running on fumes). Total tank came to $40.01. Brand new 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. About 20 minutes later, car started bucking and shaking. Went to dealer - had car looked at and gas tested - contaminated gas - alcohol level was at 15%, which is much higher than they NYState standard. Also hydrometer was .738 heavy.
