I've had AT&T dsl with no phone line for 4 months now. The first 2 months were plagued with outages and drops, I had my basic modem replaced 3 times and finally the last tech guy that paid a visit, my 4th visit in less than 2 months, gave me a 2wire modem for free. I am complaining about a u - joint I bought at the Canadian Tire Store in Gander, NL . There was no notice on the door coming in that they do not take items back without a receipt . Five years after purchasing a new kitchen from Moben and paying to have it fitted by their "fully qualified and expert fitters" I have found out via a gas leak under my gas hob that it was fitted incorrectly by the installers, so I and my family have been living with a potentially very dangerous situation, I am utterly amazed that we have managed to avoid any serious damage from this situation.
