Five years after purchasing a new kitchen from Moben and paying to have it fitted by their "fully qualified and expert fitters" I have found out via a gas leak under my gas hob that it was fitted incorrectly by the installers, so I and my family have been living with a potentially very dangerous situation, I am utterly amazed that we have managed to avoid any serious damage from this situation. My mother bought a manufactured home and the siding is falling apartment I have been asking ARC to fix it for 3 years, now the mold is so bad in the house she can't even sleep in my own bedroom, when she walks down hallway it knocks the wind out of her. I singed up for a free trial of acai berry and life cleanse, I was then charged $au146.54 for each (a total of $293.08). 9 days later I was charged a further $au145.88. I called to cancel and so far no further money has been removed from my account. The acai berry product is not what it claims to be. It contains high levels of caffine. One further complaint I have is that there is a direct link to this scam at the bottom of the complaints page. I think this is defeating the purpose of the complaints process. On 31 August 2009, I signed up for a free 7 day trial membership with free creditreport.com. I couldn't get on the site to tell them that I wanted to cancel and not have anything put on my credit card. I would like to complain about their lack of a phone number or a web site where people can go to cancel their services within the time limit given. They will not honor their member agreement with me. In fact the bank manager told me that the member agreement did not apply to my account. I bought a blue Motorola razr cell phone in December 2008 from Phonestoreusa on Ebay- The paint is wearing off the covers and in the grey area (its copper underneath?) of the keypad. The camera has so much lint that it is unusable. The glass cracked on the outer display while it was facing my leg in my pants pocket. Me and my wife both have two children. One was taken one year ago due to the fact that centerstone reported trivial issues which opened investigations about the care of our first daughter. Company calls and tells you that you have a contractual obligation to order a certain amount of products with them that you have been receiving at discounted prices. They say that if you do not continue your order they will charge you the full price of previous orders received from them. Owner, Consultant at Singer Consulting - Thomas Wayne Singer. Mr. Singer refuses to pay court ordered child support for our children. He is in arrears of $7, 000 in child support and $10, 000 in medical. He has not even contacted or seen our children since 2008. The state of NJ court ordered a warrant for non payment of child support but he hides in Houston Texas.
