I recently odered a trial offer only online. And have Since been charged additional multiple charges of 89.89 to my credit card. I have notified the credit card carrier that these charges were not authorized. And have also sent emails and called Nathans Naturals to explain to them that for medical reasons I cannot mix their prodcut with other medication I'm on.
I have asked them to stop all future charges and orders and have returned my most recent unauthorized order to them. I was also notified by my credit card carrier that they are taking action as well to help me with this matter.

Dealt with Baidi Lee supposed sails rep for company owned or managed by a Sunday Joseph Okoro. Paid for baby items and sent money as per their invoice. Was then asked for more money to cover shipping. Now will not give money back or send product. Are very decieving and dishonest. I believe the whole company may be a scam. read full review »

IRS Advocates traced my Stimulus check to Washington Mutual.
Correct account number and correct routing numbers, verified a million times. (it feels like)
Chase is now telling me "Man we are not Washington Mutual, you can't expect us to investigate this"
What is t hat? Where is my money?
The IRS has done everything they need to do and found that my bank never did a return of the money to them so therefore my bank is responsible.
Any ideas of what to do?

Max Acai Boost...Acai Berry Detox...Power Colon Cleanse...Major fraud...theives...rapists of your credit card. I was one of the many stupid people who fell for the "trial period" and ordered this crap. A few days later cancelled because I did not get the product and felt it was a scam. I w as told at the time I cancelled there would be NO charges...BS!!! They charged my debit card, twice, and one of the charges caused my account to go into overdraft and my bank charged me an additional 50.00.

I have attended this school for two semesters. I was sucked with a weak sales pitch from an admissions officer. She was very pushy and convinced me I needed to start NOW. I did start their Medical Assistant program and I am so unhappy with it. The education is so terrible, I was challenged more in 8th grade biology class. Terrible. Then they have the nerve to charge me 5, 000 a term when a community college would cost me only 2, 000 a term. No one is in charge and teachers are constantly coming and going. 9/18/2009 My wife was harassed yesterday by a security guard at the Bristow, Va Safeway store. The guard accused my wife of theft from the seasonal items area inside the store. The security person demanded my wife to open her bag. My wife instructed the guard not to touch the bag since she did not know what he had in his hands or his hygiene. I bought a laser and Zimmer cryo chiller from American Medical Equipment, and I was told if I wire the money the equipment will be shipped within a day.
I wired the money, $ 50, 000 and never recieved the equipment. Inspite of several calls almost daily they kept transfering me fro Keith Clay to JC and I never got the equipment. i live in west virginia but i was drawing unemployment from the state of maryland. i have been layed off since march of 2008 and have applied in person or via the internet for more than 100 jobs without any luck. my complaint is what is the government going to do for those of us who have exhausted all of our unemployment benefits but were drawing from a state whose unemployment rate is only around 7.4 per cent. it just isn't fair to those of us that were drawing from a state that doesn't qualify for the unemployment extensions because the state unemployment rate is below government standards. what are we supposed to do? read full review »

Purchased new Philips 42" LCD TV at Wal-mart $850.00 Feb'09. Because of home remodeling, didn't install tv til April. June'09 tv does not respond to remote control. Followed procedures to determine remote control functions, but board on tv does not receive signal. Called Philips, got names of repair services in our area. Why would I order TV service in California when I can't afford the service for myself in my hometown of Wyoming, MI.
The person/persons responsible have used my social security number to

I got two charges on Two different cards on 13th Sept 2009 and 19Th Sept 2009 . Both of these are fradulant transcations. There is systematic way because one of these cards was never ever used for internet transcation. Involved parties shall be investigated by law enforcement authorities before many other fall prey to them. All banks shall also prohibit transactions for such parties. read full review »

I'm a foreigner married to a Chinese Singaporean for more than a year...right now, I'm staying in Singapore to give birth for our baby.

I too fell for the Comcast $200 in grocery scam. Not only that you have to purchase $100 in groceries per month prior to receiving your purchase and they now want $1.95 processing fee and a copy of your drivers license to register if you complete it on line and $10 if you use the mail in option. I have seen the seeion history of download charges and has opserved download everytime I switch on the TV. People using IPTV please check your download bills and session history.
From july to sept I have given three written complain still there is no reponse
How to get MTNL to respond any one know any complain escallation matrix in mumbai.

I have been using this prepaid card for almost a year because they are offering a long distance charge for only 1 cent per minute as what it said on their prepaid phone card clearly.
I have been enjoying the 1 cents per minute till I bought few of the cards and suprisingly when I used one of the card as usual the minute drops so fast. I was shocked and called the RNK Communications customer service and they told me that the charges has been increased from 1 cent per minute to 5 cents per minute. At the time of Loan Disbursement, the applicable R.O.I. was 9.00% but my 'Welcome Docket' mentions it as being 9.5%. When i complained to local branch, they told me it was their error and it would be rectified in a week (at the most).
It has now been 20 days, with constant follow up from me, but no response.
Their response has been, that the error has gone into the system and they have still not been able to figure out a way to change it.
It is really disturbing me now - they have already deducted 2 EMIs as per this incorrect rate.
Now, i am seriously thinking of legal action against the bank.

DO NOT GIVE THIS WEBSITE YOUR INFORMATION! They store it in their system and after you get charged the initial setup fee of $2, they steal almost $40 from the bank account that you registered with. I have yet to receive any product and they lied about the charges. I did not authorize additional funds to be released from my bank account, nor did I get the opportunity to sample the product before they forced me to pay for additional product that I never received in the first place.
