I have been using this prepaid card for almost a year because they are offering a long distance charge for only 1 cent per minute as what it said on their prepaid phone card clearly. I have been enjoying the 1 cents per minute till I bought few of the cards and suprisingly when I used one of the card as usual the minute drops so fast. At the time of Loan Disbursement, the applicable R.O.I. was 9.00% but my 'Welcome Docket' mentions it as being 9.5%. When i complained to local branch, they told me it was their error and it would be rectified in a week (at the most). It has now been 20 days, with constant follow up from me, but no response. Their response has been, that the error has gone into the system and they have still not been able to figure out a way to change it. DO NOT GIVE THIS WEBSITE YOUR INFORMATION! They store it in their system and after you get charged the initial setup fee of $2, they steal almost $40 from the bank account that you registered with. I have yet to receive any product and they lied about the charges. Since July'09 I have had charged over $400 to my credit card for these products. Each time I place a complaint via email, another charge by another associated company shows up. My credit card company knows all about them but can't seem to stop them entirely. Yes you can cancel your credit card only if it has no balance. Otherwise you are stuck. Few day later, they charged me $79.95 from Cleanwhites.com and $79.28 Dazzlewhite.com for the auto sign-up program receiving the teeth whitening gels which was hidden small written under the agreement paying for the trial initially. I have noticed lately that the resturant itself looks horrible. Tables have food and trash on them. Floors are dirty and have spills. There is never enough employees to keep up with the amount of customers.
