The telcom service provider company Rellaince has disconnected the outgoing & incomming calls without any intimation. Installer cut into the hood of my new 2009 Cadillac CTS-V during the installation on the Venture Shield paint protections product. Installer also damaged hood trim and reinstalled the trim using 2-sided tape rather than replace the part. Product was poorly installed leaving dirt smudges and streaks under the shield. Installer received new product replacement from Venture Tape for the hood.
