I paid for a treatment that I never received, because the company apparently went out of business and didn't bother to inform their clients or provide them with refunds for all the services that were not provided. They basically stole money from a countless number of clients, some of us who have been loyal customers with HTGT for years. The first time I used my new Hamilton Beach blender it blew up. The blender started releasing black smoke from it, before I could shut it off and unplug it; it made this loud noice.
