Product was shipped to me, when I purchased a different product. I was charged 49.95 plus foreign transaction fee of 1.00. I called to complain that the money was taken from my account. They gave me a Return Merchandise Authorization #. I received the product and did not even open it. I wrote the RMA# all over the small box and returned it. Today, I went to the TD branch where my account is located to have a cheque certified. Believe me, if I could do it myself, I certainly would. This company is the worst pool company i have dealt with. They do not do the job they are hired, and if you happen to miss one payment, for $40, there is no grace period AT ALL, they let your pool go green until you pay. I met with the Atlantic Financial group in the beginning of 09 to possibly get my current mortgage loan modified.
