Our room rate was quoted at $71 per night when we were charged $79.00 per night upon departure. The manager Kerry refused to adjust the bill. Upon further research we found out that the person who booked our room was fired the week before for not giving customers the correct room rates. Instead of adjusting the room rate to make good on the fired persons quote the manager ignored our complaint. Fleetwood homes has a problem, and I really can't understand why you would continue to allow what I see as just plain poor quality control to affect your reputation. On May of 2006 I hired Valley Management to legalize my 2 family dwellings to a 3 family dwelling. They asked for a 7000.00 retainer fee to get the process going and it is now 2 years latter and nothing has been done. I tried to contact the Tulley Camino the owner of the company and I get no response back nor does he keep his appointments. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affair as well as the BBB. Many times, Jess Stone Electrical Contractor did not show up to work as promised and did not call. Contractor was paid to secure wires in crawlspace and that work was not done. Contractor was paid to deliver a permit and that work was not done. Overall quality of work had defects. Contractor did not complete repairs. OMG!!! Do not fall for these products!!! The companies add all kinds of extra charges on your credit card when you did not order the products. PLUS the trial is not really a trial--they enroll you in a monthly automatic shipment program & charge your credit card. I was monitoring my charges on line after I called both companies to cancel. I still received charges despite cancelling. I then CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD!!! I think this is about the only option out of this mess. Discount Advances is an online payday loan provider. They are located in Bermuda. I took out a small ($230) loan with them in May 2009. They allow extensions and partial payments in violation of Kansas State law while debiting my account every two weeks regardless of whether funds are available or not. To date they have caused more than $500 in NSF fees to my account and insist on charging their own NSF fee on each failed debit.
