Bought a DVR from them that required I supply the Hard Drive. Installed the HDD, Seagate Barracuda (respected main stream HDD) and then formatted it. No problems until I turned it off and upon restart it could not find the HDD. No longer will it format. They wanted me to send it back to them at my expense to CHINA! This company is a fraud and engages is unethical business practices. I went to a place called Ambrosia Medical Spa to have a some basic treatments done on my face to make my skin look and feel refreshed. During the visit I was talked into doing a skin peel on my chest as well and was told unequivocally that it would completely smooth out any imperfections in my skin. My cat was given a dose of 1ml of Metacam by *** of Studio City Ca. The med is ONLY for dogs, if it is to be used on cats "OFF LABEL" the dose he gave is almost 5X too strong. This summer I checked into the Wingate hotel in Allentown, Pa with my daughter. I booked through expedia on the phone. I brought up our luggage with the luggage cart, went out and when I returned had more things to bring to the room, which I was planning to stay in for three days. Our room rate was quoted at $71 per night when we were charged $79.00 per night upon departure. The manager Kerry refused to adjust the bill. Upon further research we found out that the person who booked our room was fired the week before for not giving customers the correct room rates. Instead of adjusting the room rate to make good on the fired persons quote the manager ignored our complaint. On May of 2006 I hired Valley Management to legalize my 2 family dwellings to a 3 family dwelling. They asked for a 7000.00 retainer fee to get the process going and it is now 2 years latter and nothing has been done. I tried to contact the Tulley Camino the owner of the company and I get no response back nor does he keep his appointments. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affair as well as the BBB.
