They forced me to buy a new stove in order to have a new connection and lied saying having a new stove is a rule. Second the employee Sushma has been extremely rude and disagreeable--she seems to enjoy lording her pathetic little bit of power over anyone she can oppress with it. This chair is sold through many of the office supply stores. I purchased this one at Office Depot in February 2009. The chair arm broke. This arm is plastic and is screwed into the base and the back.
