We had mediacom for over 2 yrs. It was horrible. If you were on the internet the phone didn't work, if you were on the phone the internet wouldn't work. The phone didn't work more than it did. I received a phone call to confirm an online order with a mastercard. I was given a phone number to call to verify that I placed no such order. The lady said she had no record of the order placed. I then called the original number back and got an automated response saying that by calling them i was confirming the order. Wells Fargo Pressured me to move all my personal and business banking accounts to Wells Fargo and pay loans via direct payment. Then, payments made timely were reversed, and made again, sometimes for six or seven consecutive days. Like the other complaint here I got the run around, lied to and my watch held for ranson. I bougth a watch that lasted all of 9 days, I took it back tot eh store and they had to mail it to the Watch Service Center in Utah who would then send it to the manufacturer under warrenty. Driver charged $15.00 and change for ride from Disneyland Paradise Pier Hotel to Anaheim Train Station. The meter (which was running when he picked us up and rolled over to next price before we left the entryway) said the fare was $14.00 and the ride in the other direction to the Hotel from the train station was $10.00. They charge $500 (ish) dollars and say that if you do not sell your vehicle within 90 days, they will refund you $400 ish (the $100 is supposed to be an advertising fee). AT&T is pulling a bait and switch scam by quoting one price on the phone to get you to switch providers and sell you a bundled service with internet/TV/Phone. Beware.
