I was getting 2 letters on the same day each week. I was supposed to win over one million guaranteed BUT $20 a letter to avoid requests to purchase items (like Publishers Clearing House does) was too expensive. They are now demanding payment and telling me if I want the million plus I'm going to HAVE TO PAY. They say I'm in arrears now for $40 dollars. We had mediacom for over 2 yrs. It was horrible. If you were on the internet the phone didn't work, if you were on the phone the internet wouldn't work. The phone didn't work more than it did. I received a phone call to confirm an online order with a mastercard. I was given a phone number to call to verify that I placed no such order. The lady said she had no record of the order placed. I then called the original number back and got an automated response saying that by calling them i was confirming the order.
