This is a complete fraud! They didn't even give me 14 days to try them. On the 14th day they charged me $83.95. When I called they stated I agreed to the terms and conditions. I was mailed an advertising card stating that I would save 20% on purchases up to $499 in the store. The front mailer had David Yurman, but when I purchased David Yurman earnings, the owner would not honor the mailing. I returned the merchandise and will never shop at one of their stores again. They have a broken stairmaster type machine that squeaks. It's a high pitched metal scraping metal sound that's so loud that it hurts your ears. The guy using the machine maybe couldn't hear it because his earphones were on so loud. After putting up with that sound for about 20 mins. BEWARE - the teaser rate of a $buck or $two to get samples will result in massive credit card charges that your credit card company will not be all that willing to help you with since you did enter your CC number. If your CC was stolen they would take an interest. SO i received a bunch of tickets when I just bought my car because i dint have front plates(previous owner was looking for it). I receive calls from this company every couple of days looking for someone who does not live at my address. The number varies from 1-800-439-6575 to 1-866-350-2949. I have called them back a few times to tell them they have the wrong number and to stop calling, yet the calls continue. I have warned them on the phone and recently through their website that they are harassing me and I will look into reporting them to whomever will make a difference.
