Today my family and I patroned the Ripe Tomato Restaurant in Malta, NY for a buffet. We were charged $44.90 for two adult buffets and one junior buffet. The waitress staff appeared to be understaffed as we had poor table service. My 4 year old child did not finish her turkey and rice and 2 chocolate chip cookies. I asked the waitress for a box to bring home my child's remaining food (a meal and dessert that my child picked out and wanted but just wasn't feeling well and wanted to go home). I have used Webroots for years, and also advised many of my friends to purchase it. The product has worked OK. It does let some viruses through. When I loaded Avira on my system and scanned it found several viruses that Webroot Spysweeper didn't even know existed. But my real complaint is there service. After problems with the backup option of their software (which has never worked by the way) I called the support line. Shadman Restaurant was shut down by health inspectors due to some outstanding health hazards and violations that the restaurant had. I booked my Wedding Receiption at the Surf Club Ocean Grille in 03-09 at the Wyndham Oceanfront. The restaurant discussed all the details, menu including a DJ. We obtained a "toxic" commercial loan at the end of November 2008 from Wells Fargo Sterling, Colorado. We had excellent credit scores and history, are at present facing foreclosure, bankruptcy and doom. This loan was not properly originated ( other than providing large loan fees and higher than quoted interest rate for Wells Fargo). I brought my brand new wedding dress there to be cleaned because the very bottom was dirty form me trying it on all the time in the store and at home. Don't stay here! Condo has extremely LOUD bedrooms because it is located five feet from busy road / highway - Gulf Blvd. Our family had to sleep on roll out beds in the living room it got so bad. Neighbor downstairs (owner's sister) told us to make sure we were quiet the moment we arrived because she had to 'work'. This removal company is run by ANDREW TURPENNING and his girlfriend CHRISSIE. They gave me an estimate for my goods, then upped it for insurance purposes. They sent my goods and they have been held in storage in England because they did not pay International Movers the $7, 100.00 they owed so now on top of my $15k, I have to pay the extra $7, 100.00 so my initial estimate of $14k has turned into $22, 000.00. We have oil heating, and the water tank also is oil fired and started leaking. As it was still summer, and instead of going for a new hot water tank we decided to apply for enbridge gas line. In the first call itself we explained to them that there is no hot water and we hope enbridge will rush up the installation process. When I received the rebate cards from Alltel, I tried to use the total amount for some purchases for things and when the card was used once I needed to get the amount left on the card and place that at the cashier with the specific amounts. When I recently tried to get the information the account had been suspended. Warning to all, spend the total amount once you start to use the card or you will not get the full amount back. This is a rip-off since the card had an expiration date of 2010. There are hidden fees after starting to use the card.
