In late june I purchased a new 2007 hyundai accent from duncan hyundai. After only 2000 miles the check engine light came on. I took it back. A Charge of $39.00 was made to my Credit Card Oct. 9th, I did not authorized this charge and was never notified of automatic Billing Policy.
