I took my son into the emergence room 3/07 for a forign object in his eye. I received my first bill from the hospital on 12/07, I payed them 50.00 for the next few months until I was payed up. I had an appointment for an air conditioning problem with Glover Air Conditioning in West Palm Beach. The person who showed up at my home was not the licensed owner it was his son, Randy Glover. Right away I could smell alcohol on his breath, he appeared very unproffessional and looked dirty also. He walked around alot and talked to himself through the home and showed obvious signs of being "under the influence of something". Stay away from Saturn - can't imagine what will happen once they all close down. I've just filed a complaint with the BBB in New Jersey over Saturn Customer Service. Nice people and they seemingly do good work, but their prices are too high. I almost feel ripped off, but I did agreed to the treatment plan hoping that the insurance would pay for half of it. After receiving an EOB that only covered 14% of the bill, I called my insurance carrier. They said that this office's rates are 29% higher for the average rates in the area. The treatment plan said that insurance will cover 52% of the bill. Be wary that they obviously do not check with your insurance carrier first and only assume what you will be covered for. These people are running a scam. They prey on people like myself who are not gainfully employed. They lure you in by only charging $1.97 on your credit card "just for a trial" but there is no fine print to allow you a grace period to cancel the trial.
