I was on my way to pick up some people when my brake line burst. I went to Pomp's Tire Service because they were close. There were no customers there and the two employees did not look at all busy. Also, no customers arrived while I was there. I ordered books from this company and when I realized it had been well past the promised shipping date I attempted to contact them multiple times, the never replied although their contact us response says they will get back with you in 48 hours or less. We had a representative come to the house to look at our exisitng furniture and had her order the matching pieces which was represented as a model number. When it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong color. We found out that the model number on the paperwork was incorrect. California Furniture refused to take responsibility for the mistake. We discussed it with them and eventually reported them to the Better Business Bureau with no results. We were forced to sell it as a consignment and lost hundreds of dollars. I continually get emails from Ice Mountain that are intended for someone who is a current customer and is not paying his bill. I tried to unsubscribe the email from the company but w/o knowing your account # (and I am not a customer) you cannot unsubscribe.
