I was approached by Frank Lacko to purchase a magazine subscription at my home. I ordered 2 yr (24 month) magazine subscription on January 17, 2008 and, to date, I have never received one copy. It also appears to be a regular and similar complaint by other cheap flight customers. I have e-mailed www.mytimerewards demanding cancellation of my so called 'membership' and a return of my money. The worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!! My order was canceled with out being contacted first. I have been insuring my vehicle with you for about 3 years. My bank did not pay you for a recent direct debit. This was simply due to the fact that the bank took 5 days to clear cheques which I had lodged into my account. They then charged me £25 for non payment of the direct debit, and now I see that you are now charging another £30 for the same payment. I must say I find this to be grossly unfair. I have been trying to download this since then. My Security for the virus protection will end on October 29, 2009. I can't believe this should be so much trouble to renew. My bank account was summons to a Writ of Garnishment and tried to garnish a sum of up to $2100 in a claim against my husband. My husband and I have seperate accounts. The $2100 in question which includes late fees, over the limit fees which came from a Capital One credit card that was not in my name but in my husbands who was going through credit couseling which they will not work with. I ordered a bedroom set for my 2 year old daughter in August 2009, and was promised delivery in September. Delivery date came and went, a few phone calls later, I was told it was delayed to early to mid October. Delivery date came and went - still no furniture. My complaint is about the untrue complaint already listed. I have been on this company's tours several times by myself and with friends. I have found this tour and it's operators to be outstanding. We have seen Manatee, Dolphins (on several occasions) and numerous other wildlife species including Roseatte Spoonbills by the flock. On my Visa Debit card statement i have a charge of AU$63.95 as well as a charge of AU$49.95 from DRI*STUDENTOFFICEAU ORDERFIND.COM. I 've had problems with Aspen Dental at Orange CT, and I have the photos to prove it. The first problem was that the dentist did not orientate me on not to put adhesive over the area where there was still an open cavity in my gums.
