I saw an add on CNN, which is why I thought it was legit, that was about free samples of teeth whitener. I sent away for it and payed the shipping on the item. There was nothing about charges or joining weight loss etc. They charged my bank account $87.00. NO WHERE in any of the information I received said anything about this charge. I purchased 5 saltwater fish from Pet Supplies Plus, Airport Highway store in Toledo, Ohio. 10-12 days later I noticed ich on these fish. I just moved to miami lakes, the husband recommended OH LA LA salon where i had the worst manicure and pedicure ever in my life. It was so unprofessional, a kid would have done a better job. the cuticles were not touched, the nails were filed in a zigzag way, the nail polish was all over my fingers, and best of all the french white lines were from all sizes not to mention some broken tips. this place is surely not affected by the economy regarding the prices. i left fuming and had to spend two hours to redo the whole work again. read full review »

I took my family to Rome for a weekend break in Oct 2009, and had some horrible experience in Rome. First, we got searched by a person who claimed himself as a policy man (without uniform) when we were having a relaxed walking around the hotel. I had given my swift for repairs on the 19/10/2009, which was to be serviced within 4days. I to spent $1.99 for there "free kit" and know a day later I can't log in. I bought the Optus prepaid wireless broadband usb modem in 2008 because the unit I moved in to did not offer ADSL2. In hindsight I wished I had never bought it. Reception and speed is dreadful in Wollongong, I rang technical services to complain and the Optus rep told me that there was only one tower in Wollongong and nothing was going to be done to improve the situation, insofar as adding more towers.
