Being handed off to numerous people and sub contractors that don't communicate with you and finally resulting in an never ending process which we asked it to stop and cancel. This man was my landlord. Jim Bucknell. He is also a lawyer, a crappy lawyer at that. While living in his rental property for a year and a half we have had our basement flooded with sewage at least 30 times.
