I signed up for a free trial and the rest is just plain old theivery. They have received my return shipment and still charged my account. The customer service is ridiculous and they will make you wait so long that you just give up. Once they do pick up they "look" for your account since they cant find it with your name. I purchased a contract from them it sounded very good. They told me 90 days or 1500 miles. However it was not or it was 90 days and 1500 miles. I am on disability and only drive a couple of miles a day. There was no way I would put 1500 miles in a year on the mini van. After 8 weeks I was driving and the tranmission went. I had put only 250 miles on the van. When I tried to get it service, I was told about the problem. I was given a ocean freight rate without proper licensing from FMC and the rates were astronomical. If you go to the www.fmc.gov website they are not listed as a licensed NVOCC or Freight Forwarder. The FMC is adamant about companies being fully licensed in order to perform ocean shipping to and from USA ports. If in fact they operate as brokers then they should be presenting rates on behalf of the carrier with full disclosure and payment should be made to the carrier. They said they work with many shipping companies but would not disclose with which ones and they did not realize that their procedure for shipping is deficient to say the least. read full review »

sent for a sample of tea for $2.00 and before I received my sample order I was charged for a full month order of $38.50 that I did not ask for. tried several times to contact the company to get a refund and they continue to give me the same story it will be 14 days before you will see it. I went in to put gas on my card and paid with my card. When the tank was filled the pump stopped but that was not what happened the Total and gallon screen showed the numbers kept going up. On 6th May 09 I took my son and his car to Super Tyres, I asked them to replace a tyre, a wheel and check all wheels were on properly as my son had just put these wheels on (after removing his alloys) and I was not confident he had secured them properly. Within 2 miles of driving the front right wheel of the car fell off, bounced across both carriageways and landed in a bush. Super Tyres came out and recovered the car. Nothing good to say about this location. Had horrible experience here about a year ago when this Midas tried to install after market headers on my truck. In their multiple attempts to install the headers, which they never did correctly but still got paid, they did not properly reconnect my front drive shaft and it came loose potentially causing a major accident. The Tutanauer EZ9 autoclave has been back to the company 3 times and each time it costs me shipping, and diagnostic charges, as well as the cost to have a loaner.
