I was paying on the due dates for my laya way but missed one payment of Nov 4 2009 and as a result I had to make a payment today Nov 16, 2009 or Kmart was going to put my layaway back in stock. Received Kitchenaid microwave (KCMS1555S) and after 2nd shipment (said FEDEX lost first - yeah right) the second arrived dented a week later. When I told them it was dented they wanted pictures emailed. Then it took a week for a manager to look at the pictures. Then 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a Return Authorization by mail. Damage occured to my vehicle when I went through the car wash on 11/8. I called and was asked by a recording to enter a code number or extention and since I do not any mumber to enter I was disconnected. Vodafone advertises £18 for unlimited broadband use for businesses. Whilst taking out an 18 month contract I was told one can monitor usage as well as upgrade anytime. I bought an X-treme electric scooter ATV-1000 for my wife last Christmas (2008). I worked OK after the first 3 trys in January. There was a problem with the controller emitting a loud high-pitched whine, so I bought another controller that was suppossed to have this fixed from the factory. This website sells badly made fakes! The stitching is coming all undone and the label is crooked. I have requested a return and they suggested I take them to a cobblers to be fixed !!! I said this was not good enough and I had not paid £60 to have to have the boots fixed. They have refused to provide me with the return procedure after a number of e-mails.
