In February of 2009 I gave the job of installing a rebuilt engine to this company, after many unanswered phone calls and email messages I demanded they finish my car last September the demanded a payment of $4000.00 in additino to the $11000.00 payment made earlier in the year around May 09. I paid them the money and they released my car, I test drove it and complained about the idle it would jump up to 1700 rpm for no reason, upon further inspection i found bolts missing parts missing and replaced parts that didn't function. the Transmission vibrated in all gears too. the also ruined several of the interior panels too. read full review »

My last paycheck was withheld. The company said that the Pay Period dates listed on my paycheck were wrong. They proceeded to make up a "correct" pay period date, which made it so it looked like I already got paid for that Pay Period. Very deceptive business practices and bad accounting procedures. Employees should be notified of this practice and be very careful about checking their paychecks. The ethical thing for the company to do would be to admit their mistake and make restitution IMMEDIATELY to all those employees they did this to. read full review »

I purchased a sofa and coffee table from NFM paid cash and it was delivered June 18th 2009 . I recieved the Sterling Silver Diamond CZ Pave Heart item# SM-RS992 ring from this company. The ring was very pretty at first then upon a closer look I noticed certain damages or flaws with it. The cut on the Heart CZ was off centered my husband first noticed that. The heart CZ was also missing half of it's prong at the hearts lower point. Second order placed a year or more later to buy more of an item purchased in first order, items were smaller than size indicated and no longer made in USA. I subscribe to internet service via StarHub called MaxOnline which is the highest level service they have for which I pay $116 per month plus tax. They claim you can get up to 100 mbps on the service and a minimum of 60 mbps. Withing warranty and the control key is gone despite normal use. They say it is not covered warranty. The local service provider HCL were to replace the keyboard at price - it is over two months and there is no sign of keyboard or information on that. Using the laptop with 'control' key feels like having a girlfriend without a tooth! Wonder if writing this would help - there is no way of getting to Toshiba. Absolutely no way. Mtn advertises their mtn100 anytime package as, R100 airtime and 25 sms's every month. I have two of those. 1 with mtn service provider, the other with altech. The one with altech actually gives me what they say, but the one with MTN service provider only gives me R86 airtime. Their excuse is that vat is being subtracted from the airtime.
