Television commercial stated product could be paid in two separate payments of 19.95. Kauai Island Weddings did the worst job imaginable. The pictures owner Mike Hough took were amateurish ( so bad we sent them back ) and the wedding service was cut short, by him, on the fly, and never completed. He changed wedding locations on us en-route causing us to be a few minutes late which he now claims is why it is all our fault that nothing went off right. They wanted personal information right after the purchase. I suspect they were trying to steal my identity. You download this software and it doesn't work at all. I had a pop up from my antivirus software warning me it was a very dangerous download. I demanded a refund and they did nothing nor contacted me back. I thought I got by on luck after signing up for a one month trial with this company they were linked through advertisements on facebook (thanks facebook). Since I had been using Nero 8 for a couple of years and it's Nero ShowTime played BD-ROM media (movies), after paying for a plug-in, I assumed that Nero 9 would do the same thing. On 11/01/09 I Reggie Herring was phoned by one of U-Hauls representatives during their closing hours informing me that I may have water damages to my storage. Monday November 02, 2009 I drove to the u-haul facility, and yes there was water damages to both of my storage bends. I went to him years ago and I don’t mean to discriminate against age, but this guy should have retired a long ago. This company sold me a Bionx electric bike kit that did not work. Then after numerous phone calls and emails the owner finally said send it back for a full refund. I did and expected to lose 100 dollars in shipping to and from NYC since the items are battery and motor which are both heavy, but additionally I was charged a 20% restock fee after being told it would be waved.
