CTM Tiles at Cannon Hill sold me 90 square metres of "porcelain" tiles that have been drawn on with permanent marker on the sides. I paid for 1st quality tiles and was sold 2nd quality - apart from the pen there are visible bubbles, marks and defects on most tiles. Our tilers laid most of the tiles thinking that I had bought 2nds. I came home to see visible permanent marker even above the grout and on the tops of tiles. I contracted with this flower shop in the Bay Street mall in Emeryville to do my wedding and the guy, David Guevara, was a total flake. He lied about having a degree in horticulture, I checked the college he claimed to have attended. And he makes up these stories about he was this ballet dancer with the SF BAllet, but they never heard of him. Later, I also heard he never even graduated from high school because he was in jail for car theft. He never came through on my wedding and put me in a total bind. On 7/3/09 we purchased a reclining sofa and love seat for $999.99. It was delivered on 7/8/09 and by 9/29/09, that's right, 2 and 1/2 months later 3 of the 4 recliners were broken. In the process of closing the recliners the mechanism just bent. I called and it took 2 weeks for someone to come down to tell me that they need to order parts.
