F0rmerly had a doggie day care in Houston and was referred to me by my vet as a reputable trainer in the Sugar Land TX area. I had to pay him up front for the evaluation and 4 lessons. Shortly after the second lesson I learned that he moved to Austin TX and it was extremely difficult to get him for the 3rd lesson. i brought my 9 year old son to the dentist today because i suspected he had an absyss formed on his back baby tooth. I was right. I had made an appointment with C.JO'Hanlon because the health centre only took emegency at 9am and I didnt want him to be in pain for another night as he was already in pain the night before. I purchased a new roof from Duval Roofing in 2005. Four years later, my roof leaks when it rains. They came out once and reported that the problem was a nail that rusted through a shingle. So, what kind of roofing nails rust after four years? And why are there exposed nails on my roof? They will not return my calls. We purchased a vehicle for what we thought was a good price from this dealership that is over an hour and a half away from where we live. Since we had a purchaser already for our current vehicle, we asked the dealership to do the famous "in and out" where the purchase of our vehicle to the new owner goes through the dealership. I was charged for something I didn't order. I called to cancel this product when I saw it on my credit card on Nov. 16th. 2009. And as of todays date it still is on my credit card. They were supposed to issure me a credit refund to the card.. I am upset that this has taken so long. I just got another card statement and it is still on there.. CANCELED AFTER ONE CLAIM...Several years ago I requested a liability policy to cover my small construction company. Padders shoes let in water. Even during normal town use, if it begins to rain your feet will be soaked. This has happened with two pairs of Padders and the firm do not have any response other than to say they are not water tight. From a walking point of view this makes them next to useless, despite them being very comfortable. I think the firm ought to address this problem and not let customers find out for themselves. I recently purchased a pair of what I believed to be Kobe IV Zooms made by Nike. They advertise "free shipping", but my paypal was charged for the shipping amount. If you bought a water purification system from Dan Honig who is the owner of waterworkz then everyone knows there is absolutely no customer service, this guy had people sell a bunch of systems and shut off his phones and moved. He owns Waterworkz pools, sells a pool digs a hole and collects a check and then takes his time for 6 months to a year to finish it. Designworkz is his remodeling company and will be the worst experience of your life, instead of repairing he destroys homes. He is in chapter 11 and broke. I recently bought a Sunshine Girl hair straightener from ISO Beauty Inc. via eBay. It was shipped to me on 11/9 and stopped working in less than two weeks. Distinct Design, Inc. was paid a deposit of $4625 to build a screen enclosure and cement slab within four weeks per our written agreement. Within a four week period they gave us nothing. Transmission shop uses poor quality parts and do not stand behind their workmanship. After several phone calls and visits, a complaint with the BBB made them finally fix what they didn't do right the first time. The worst meal we've had out at a restaurant in a long, long time. My wife had the shrimp dish which was cold and the shrimp was tasteless and rubbery as if it had sat in a cold water pot after cooking earlier that day then grilled. On December 4th I took my Jeep to this station to have an inspection sticker put on. Zee Haidar, the owner, took my keys and drove my Jeep into the bay and performed the usual tests. After 5 minutes, he backed my Jeep out with a rejection sticker on it. I was told that both of my back brakes were bad, that in fact one was not functioning at all. Oh my god, Grants tried to get me to spend more money at their store by offering a 20% off coupon to me. Their other offer was to enroll me in a similar grocery rebate program that would cost me $9.95 to enroll. Then I would have to start over with the saving + submitting receipts for 18 months.
