This is the most irresponsible management that I have ever seen. The maintainence is horrible. For each problem you have to complain a few times before anyone shows up. My husband and I purchased a home from this company in May 2008 for completion in May 2009. It is now December 2009 and it is still not finished. They have illegally taken out of my checking account without permission and without notifying me. As a frequent customer I have never found to have had a problem with Monster Energy Drinks until last night. Both my sister and I had purchased a can of Monster Assault, and the Low carb Monster and found that while driving both of the cans had developed a crack in them. Free trail is not free.. you first must pay shipping, then if you use the product you must pay for it. They do not disclose the real price of $139.00, if you return the product in 30 days you also pay the return shipping cost. They use a deceptive billing letter indicating they have sent you numerous letters when they have not. I complained and they offered me a compensation package of website auditing software and then never installed it after 2 months of waiting. I managed to get onto their website and cancel any sort of membership I may have. I have had Hughes Net for about a year and paying about $60.00 a month for nothing. We do not have DSL because I live in the country. I was told that we would get great service.
