I really don't know where to complain to!!! There is not a government agency that protects contractors from each other. But, if you are a sub-contractor and you deal with Diamond Group Pools - Watch Out! They won't hesitate to renege on deals that they make with you, no matter what they promised or what it costs you, the sub-contractor! AT&T DSL SUCKS After ordering ATT Dsl service the connectivity is absolutly horrible. (Complaied twice) Dsl was available in my area, (less than 2 miles from CentOffice) I have notices patterns of service outages for 6-8 hours.
