Dr. Boohaker is a great dentist! I wrote when I was really angry one night because of some discomfort I was having. Not only was this posting irresponsible, but this was before I really gave Dr. B a chance to fix the problem, which really was not a problem at all. I have never had crowns before and did not realize that your gums must get used to them. I apologize for unintentionally misleading people into thinking he is not a good dentist. If you saw my teeth now you would see why I regret posting this. I have asked that it be removed a number of times, but they have refused to do so. It is shocking to note people like us spend heavily on getting an ISO certification through various bodies and suddenly such body disappears. Eg. Moody, AQSR who are already closed. Information is that some more are getting closed like ICRS, Q&Q E etc.. The marketing men of such companies and consultants (who we are depending) push us to wrong place and lead us to complication. Even the educated miss out this kind of micro level checking and take hasty decisions. Alas! I had a non-functional toilet which constantly backs-up. The toilet is covered under the warranty but Old Republic would rather send a plumber out every time it backs-up rather than to replace the toilet. The contractor has 48 hrs. before they have to respond, yet old republic wants me to go without a toilet again and again rather than to have a customer that is happy with their service! I have bought 3 computers from Dell at various times for my business. I usually lease with a $1 buy out at the end of the lease. My last computer was paid for in April of this year. have NEVER ordered anything over the internet until I was offered a free sample of Acai Berry Detox, agreeing to pay only the postage. My credit card was charged with $3.98 Canadian for postage under the name of Health Focus, for which I have received nothing and today, December 8, I was charged $128.36 Canadian under the name of Exclusive Berry. I have cancelled my credit card and the company is investigating it. But please can you do something to stop this kind of fraud. I am angry that the Escape music channel has been displaced even though temporarily for a holiday. This is the only channel I am offered that has this type of music. Now I discover that on 12/4 my account was charged an additional $24.13 for a world fitness membership. I shipped a not working monitor to be repaired under warranty in mid September 09, received email within days that it was repaired and being shipped back, and waited for weeks prior to calling for tracking #. They informed me it was never repaired, and that the part needed to repair was back-ordered.
