I am going to contact 1) athe post office since they send things thru the mail and 2) the states attorney for them charging my account without my authority. I have called them several times and never get a response only an answering machine. I have had them blocked from charging anything to my account. Smoking everywhere is in my opion an on line scam. They keep charging you and tell you that you did not respond in the 14 day period that you were allotted. They have sold me a credit card terminal that now will not work properly. I have for the last week spent over 6 hours on the phone mostly on hold trying to remedy this problem. At first they promised me a new machine within 24 to 48 hours. This is the worst service and equipment I have ever seen. I have had Tivo with DirecTV for over 5 years but wanted to switch to a "complete package deal" to save money. I switched to Time Warner for Phone, Internet, and Cable. What a mistake! The phone and internet are fine but the Motorola DVR equipment is a mess.
