In November 2009, we cancelled our Webroot. On Dec.2, 2009, we received our credit card statement and Webroot had charged two (2) renewals to our account for $59.95 each or a total of $119.90 We were NOT notified that Webroot was going to renew. We were not able to reach anyone by phone (866-612-4268) CO. Their recording suggested we go on the internet which we did. There was no form to submit our withdrawal. I purchased a samsung printer on or about February 2009 and the printer stopped working in October 2009. I was sent a replacement as they repaired mine. The replacement was defective also. A hold for $200.00 was put on my bank account and I had to send the replacement back first. I sent it back but they can't find it. So I have no printer, no refund and a h old on my account. I have been dealing with them since October. I get promises of being called back but it does not happen. You would think something associated with government grants would not be a scam. You would be wrong. I signed up for success grants assistance and was charged 2.95. That was ok. For 3 months now I have complained to both American EVoice Ltd Voicemail and Verizon regarding unauthorized billing of 15.95 to a land line phone number that doesn't even receive phone calls!! I was at the Laguna Niguel Regional Park on Nov. 8, 2009 at 3pm with my family. I brought my camera to take pictures of my nephew, his wife and 3 children. These people are like a RASH that WON'T GO AWAY!!! After three separate requests to STOP my memberships and STOP billing my credit card they continue to bill me. They give me confirmation numbers each time and then the "conveniently" lose the record, so there are no records of my cvalls to cancel. I have called Fisher and Paykel to service my dishwasher. They gave me few numbers and one of them is A&E Factory service. A&E told me that they will see me in a week waiting from 1-5. Week went by and I waited and waited and then they called me at 4:53 to tell me that they need to reschedule. Beware of this company. It is a major scam. We trusted them with $1495 of our money to do a loan modification with our lender. Once we payed them our fee is when the troubled started. After not hearing from them say for a month.
