I have ordered from this company for a few years now and had no problems. However, this year in April 2009 I ordered my son's grade 9 package. First, I recieved a call stating that they had sent me the wrong package and to refuse delivery and once it was returned to them they would send the correct one. Ordered on N0v. 31. Paid extra for fast delivery. Customer service never picks up. No live person to talk to. The place you order from tells you to take it up with customer service. Charges extra postage and handling for each piece you order instead of sending it all together. I paid for it. But I don't like never recieving it. It was supposed to arrive in 5 days. A guy with a foreign accent has called me several times claiming that I took out a payday loan in June of 2008 and told me it was deposited into Regions Bank. After checking with Regions Bank, no money was deposited into that account because it had already been closed. I called the local sheriffs department and went and spoke with an investigator. The investigator even called the number and tried to get information from the guy and the guy refused to give the sheriffs department any information the hung up on him. You take your life into your hands with these creeps. Fist off the driver continued texting while taking us to the airport. Even after we asked him to stop. Not a very safe habit. When called to confirm return pickup, attendant would refused to identify himself and hung up when asked who was speaking. Called back and again explained would like to whom I was speaking. He replied that I should call another town car service and hung up. Besides this, the car interior was below acceptable, torn upholstery, and rickety doors and windows. I ordered Kung Fu The Legend Continues. The dvds are of very poor quality. There are loud screeching noises present on many of the dvds. Other dvds have constant missing pixels which causes interruption of the program. Sometimes the dialog is missing for as long as 14 minutes. I asked for replacements but the replacement dvds are just as bad, if not worse, than the originals. I have noticed that the dvds seem to be deteriorating even more in quality with each use. I ordered acai berry online in oct 2009 for 5.99 for a free 15 day trial. it took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive. I used it for nearly 2 weeks and didn't loose a pound from it.
